Having been trained in Complex Trauma, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment and Mindfulness; She is able to adapt her practice to each person’s needs.
Her life’s work is focused on supporting others in finding their value, gaining emotional regulation, and processing trauma and life stressors. She will partner with you to reach your goals and maintain emotional well-being. She also has experience as a faith-based counselor, and is able to incorporate this into your sessions if desired.
