Kelly is a toddler mama and has one on the way, which makes her knowledge of pre+postnatal fitness top notch. She has always had enthusiasm for wellness+movement, and with more than 10 years of experience in the fitness world - from crossfit to yoga, she found her passion in prenatal fitness + movement.
Kelly is a Certified Pre+Postnatal Exercise Specialist as well as Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and the Founder of Baby Mama Moves. She aims to help mamas love their bodies, move with intention, feel confident + beautiful through pregnancy and beyond.
Her exercise approach may be different from other prenatal fitness programs because she focuses on a mind + body connection, while strengthening the pelvic floor and core through every movement.
Her programs include safe and effective exercises appropriate for every trimester and stage of motherhood.
Kelly teaches group fitness classes for all levels, one-on-one personal training and educational workshops.
